Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a massive natural gas pipeline explosion in Columbiana County.

Officials say, starting this week, they will evaluate their local response to the blast.

EMA Director Darren Dodson tells News 9 that he's hoping to get together with local responders to look at what went well and what can be improved upon.

Dodson says the area responders did have a pre-plan in place and they want to make sure the plan was implemented
