The mother of a missing
Lena Lunsford was arrested Wednesday by federal marshals and sent to the Northern Regional Jail. A month ago, she was warned to stay away from the convicted felon who fathered what will be her eighth child.
Magistrate James Seibert told Lunsford she could be imprisoned and prosecuted for contempt of court if she continued to defy the conditions of her probation. But U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld said in a motion Tuesday that she's continued to have contact with the man.
