Media outlets report that Melody Fisher entered an Alford plea on Tuesday to first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. An Alford plea means a defendant doesn't admit guilt but acknowledges there's enough evidence for conviction.
Police say Fisher of Beech Bottom was at the wheel of the getaway car when Kevin Walnoha was fatally shot by a pharmacist while attempting to rob the Elm Grove Pharmacy on May 25, 2012.
An investigation concluded the shooting was justified.
Fisher is scheduled to be sentenced May 15 in Ohio County Circuit Court.
