Our news partner, News 9 reports Guy "Shorty" Sharkey Jr. is charged with possession of a firearm, wanton endangerment with a firearm, malicious assault and child neglect. The Task Force said Sharkey is considered armed, dangerous and suicidal.
Simpson said Sharkey attempted to throw a cinder block at the victim’s head, pointed a pistol at his head and made him lick his shoes. Sharkey then allegedly fired a few rounds on a residential property, then pointed a gun at a woman who was holding a child and said to her, “I’ll show you something real.”
Sharkey, 31 years old, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
His previous criminal history includes a weapons offense, rape/sexual assault, burglary and assault.
The Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to his capture.
