A man was arrested Friday after being indicted by a recent Belmont County grand jury on one charge of aggravated vehicular homicide and one charge of hit-skip.

News 9 reports Robert Green was released from the Belmont County jail on $250,000 bond. He's expected to be back in court on Jan. 10 because of the aggravated vehicular homicide and hit-skip charges. 

A sergeant with the Ohio State Highway Patrol says the charges are related to the death of 31-year old Jason Cattane, on August 8, 2012.

Investigators say Cattane died along the shoulder of U.S. Route 40 at North Ebbert Road in St. Clairsville when a driver stuck him and then kept driving.
